CertifiedT24 provides cloud-based software for generating California Title 24 energy compliance reports, including but not limited to CF-1R forms, energy calculations, and compliance documentation. The Service is designed to assist professionals in meeting California building energy efficiency standards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Professional Use

CertifiedT24 is intended for use by licensed professionals including architects, engineers, energy consultants, and building contractors. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the accuracy of all input data
  • Reviewing all generated reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary professional licenses and certifications

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Update payment information as needed
  • Accept that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CertifiedT24 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices

7. User Data and Reports

You retain all rights to the data you input and the reports you generate using our Service. We claim no ownership over your project data or generated documents. However, by using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will meet your requirements
  • Reports will be accepted by all jurisdictions
  • The Service will be compatible with all systems

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFIEDT24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination
